Reservation Policy
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have implemented the following administrative policy:
Deposit
50% of the amount before taxes.
Security Deposit
A credit card number is required upon arrival and any damage or unpaid amount will be charged to your account.
Payment methods
Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy for Chalets and Condos
- 30 days or more before arrival date: 60% refund of the initial deposit + taxes.
- Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: no refund of the initial deposit.
- 7 days or less prior to arrival: the total amount of the rental unit is perceived.
Cancellation Policy for Studios and hotel rooms
- 15 days before arrival: $50 administration fee + taxes
- 3 to 14 days before: no reimbursement on the initial deposit
- Less than 3 days before the date of arrival : 100% of price of reservation is charged
No refunds for early departure
Arrival / Departure time
- Rooms and Studios – Arrival: 3PM / Departure: 11AM
- Condos and Chalets – Arrival: 4PM/ Departure: 12PM
Pets
They are allowed in most of our units – under certain conditions!
