Payment methods:
Cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard.
Check-in and check-out times:
Rooms or studios:
Arrival: 3:00 pm / Departure: 11:00 am
Chalets or condos:
Arrival: 4:00 pm / Departure: Noon
Security deposit:
A credit card is required on arrival. We charge for any damage or unpaid amounts.
Deposit:
50% of the amount before taxes upon reservation.
Cancellation policies for chalets and condos:
30 days or more before arrival date: refund of 60% of initial deposit + taxes.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: no refund of initial deposit.
7 days or less before arrival date: the full rental amount for the unit is charged.
Cancellation policies for studios and rooms:
15 days before arrival date: $50 administration fee + taxes.
3 to 14 days before arrival date: no refund of initial deposit.
Less than 3 days before arrival date: the full rental amount for the unit is charged.
No refund for early departure.
